Our 5-tool clinics are designed for A and B level players of various age levels. We offer 90-Minute weekly sessions for 4 different age groups (Rookies, Minors, Majors and All Stars). Our Athlete to coach ratio remains below 6:1 at all times and these clinics are all about developing all the baseball skills in a fun and engaging manner.
A typical 90-Minute session will include a warm-up/activation including some base running drills, followed by some defensive drills, throwing/pitching drills, hitting drills and finally a little wiffleball game or virtual home run derby on the HitTrax to finish off the session.
